This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and PrintItBigNow.com ("Company", "we", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the PrintItBig software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Software.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, PrintItBigNow.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial use.
This license permits use of the Software solely as intended for processing and preparing 3D models for printing.
You may not:
Unauthorized distribution or modification of the Software is prohibited.
The Software and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of PrintItBigNow.com and its creator.
This Agreement grants a license to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software.
The Company may release updates, patches, or improvements to the Software at its discretion.
Updates may be required for continued functionality.
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
The Software may contain bugs or errors.
In no event shall PrintItBigNow.com or its creator be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to:
Use of the Software is at your own risk.
You agree not to use the Software for any illegal purpose or in a way that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for any files processed using the Software.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
The license automatically terminates if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
